In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the hoki62 website accessible at https://hoki62.cam, including all its pages, services, features, and functionalities.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial commitment placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or lottery draw offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or matched deposit amount offered to a Player subject to specific terms.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for full account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "Togel" means togel (toto gelap), Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game offered through the Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms & Conditions are operative.

By accessing the hoki62 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and hoki62 relating to the subject matter hereof. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

hoki62 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.

To be eligible to open and maintain a hoki62 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of hoki62 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not a professional sports player, referee, official, or other participant in any sporting event offered on the Platform;
• You do not already hold an existing hoki62 Account. hoki62 permits one Account per person. Holding multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

hoki62 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated. Specifically, any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full functionality of the hoki62 Platform, you must register for a personal Account by providing the information required during the registration process, including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your national identification document), date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hoki62 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify hoki62 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the hoki62 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related Accounts being permanently closed and any balances being voided without recourse.

Your hoki62 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your Account to place Wagers or access the Platform.

hoki62 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. However, the security of your Account also depends on your own practices. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party;
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Ensuring your registered email account is secure and accessible only to you;
• Notifying hoki62 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

hoki62 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any Wagers placed through your Account prior to your reporting of unauthorized access shall be considered valid and binding.

hoki62 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as the Company deems necessary for compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), or fraud prevention purposes. The KYC process is mandatory and non-negotiable.

• Government-issued photo ID: Your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — both sides required, fully legible;
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current address, dated within the last three months;
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, taken in good lighting with all details clearly visible.

hoki62 will review KYC submissions within 1 hour during normal WIB business hours and within 24 hours during weekends and Indonesian public holidays. You will be notified of the outcome via email and in-platform notification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. hoki62 reserves the right to permanently close an Account and withhold balances where KYC cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction, subject to applicable regulations and any mandatory return of Player funds where required by law.

All deposits to your hoki62 Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit, suspension of the Account, and potential forfeiture of associated winnings.

hoki62 currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. hoki62 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods; such changes will be communicated via the Platform.

Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt by hoki62's payment processing system, typically within five minutes. hoki62 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

All transactions on the hoki62 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hoki62 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the Player's bank are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Players may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification. hoki62 is committed to processing withdrawal requests within five minutes on average for bank transfer channels and within three minutes for e-wallet channels.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method and account name that was used to make the most recent deposit, and which has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. hoki62 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Stated processing times are operational targets; hoki62 shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking infrastructure outside its direct control.

If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, any withdrawal request submitted before fulfilling that requirement will be subject to the bonus forfeiture rules set out in Clause 9. You may request cancellation of an active bonus via Live Chat prior to submitting a withdrawal, which will result in the bonus amount and any associated winnings being removed from your balance.

New Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the hoki62 welcome bonus, currently a 100% deposit match up to Rp 1.000.000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 20.000. The welcome bonus is credited to the Player's Account automatically upon qualifying deposit.

All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 7 days of bonus credit; bonus amounts and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

• One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and over only;
• hoki62 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts.

hoki62 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts, using software to manipulate bet patterns, or coordinating with other Players to guarantee bonus payouts — will have their Account permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

All Wagers placed on the hoki62 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A Wager is accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform system. You will receive a confirmation reference number for each accepted Wager;
• hoki62 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at clearly erroneous odds or prices resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account;
• For sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body shall be final for settlement purposes;
• For togel (lottery) products, including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), and Togel Sydney (SDY), the official results published by the relevant lottery pool operator shall be used for settlement. hoki62 assumes no responsibility for discrepancies between pool operators' published results and third-party data sources;
• Live betting (in-play) Wagers are accepted at the Platform's discretion. hoki62 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice;
• Mix parlay (accumulator) Wagers require all selections to win for the Wager to be settled as a winner. Any void selection within a mix parlay will be treated as a non-runner and removed from the combination, reducing the total odds accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hoki62 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other Players, including coordinating Wagers to guarantee mutual profit or to exploit promotional offers;
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms using hoki62 funds;
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event on which Wagers are offered;
• Accessing the Platform via a proxy, VPN, or any other tool designed to mask or misrepresent your geographic location;
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other Players' use thereof.

All content on the hoki62 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of hoki62 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hoki62.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki62 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
• The outcome of any Wager or gaming session;
• Any third-party content or services accessible via the Platform.

hoki62's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit hoki62's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

hoki62 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all registered Players at no charge and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits via your Account settings;

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki62 holds its international operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and hoki62 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. hoki62's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, Wager settlement, bonus eligibility, and Account status shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
